ACK! your suggesting downloading a beta copy of operating systems software! Outside of the fact that you don't have a legal right to such software I don't think anyone should be installing beta OS software onto any computer that they are not ready to loose EVERYTHING on in the event of an unexpected crash.

As a software developer I can assure you that there are many releases of my software that never seen by the public for good reason. Please don't jump the gun on this or any other non-public software by downloading it. Whoever released this broke their word to Apple not to do so. I know I have signed such documents with Apple in the past.

Until Apple releases Leopard, we don't encourage anyone to download illegal copies. Please don't post messages like that on this public list. We all want Leopard out as soon as possible and I'm sure Apple is doing everything they can to expedite it.
