It is too bad the AirPort Express does not have a modem, because that would be sweet to use it as a network fax.
If you have a modem in your Max, even the USB dongle one, then faxing is as easy as printing. But you have to have the land line plugged into your Mac, so that is kind of a pain. I do not trust the drivers for a random fax printer to be VoiceOver compatible, but perhaps I should not be so skeptical.
