how do you navigate the wizards and stuff like that for creating the vurtual
machines?
last I tried that it wouldn't work with vo

Any Windows version, excepting Vista perhaps I have never tried, will
work with Parallels. In-fact you can install Linux, Solaris and other OS
in Parallels as well. You can have more than one "machine" meaning you
could have Windows 2000, XP and 95 all as separate devices. What you
can't do is have VoiceOver navigate those OSs
