bootcamp is accessible. Jaws does not work with Parallells.

Boot Camp is free and in beta. The Boot Camp setup may or may not be compatible with VoiceOver, but when you boot to Windows, obviously VoiceOver is not available. Parallels will help all Mac users more than Boot Camp to have Windows on Mac. Boot Camp set up may work with VoiceOver, but I would be stunned if any Windows were ever compatible with VoiceOver.
