This happens for the Blind Cool Tech podcasts page. I need to turn off the display of one of the columns under View options when I'm at this page. Command-J and uncheck the box for "Time". Then when I tab over to the "Price" column VO-keys shift space just works. I generally turn the default View options back on before leaving the iTunes Store (here I would go back to View Options and check the box to display "Time"). Probably not an issue, but when I experimented a lot with moving columns and sorting them in the iTunes Store while running VoiceOver the application would sometimes shut down, while there were never any problems when I restored settings.
