The Amazing Slow Downer from Roni Music will slow down music played from CDs or files without changing pitch, and looks accessible with VoiceOver. You'll want to read the keyboard command descriptions under the Help and Preferences settings. You can adjust speed with the + and - keys on the number pad, and also control pitch, etc. There seem to be a slew of features, including a karaoke mode!
