Oh Come on!. Is that the way they think? When I called support, I asked them if they can send some preference p list files with those settings, so I can drop them in the preferences folder in the library users folder. They said no. So I told them that they just lost a customer, and I am going to take the program back. I talked to the salesmen at the apple store about this, and he said that he will try to get a hold of them, and during that time if we don't get any resolts I will get my refund. Don't they care about their customers? I guess not.!Let them try to run their program with Voiceover, and they will see what we are talking about.!And Yes! I will use the program on 2 machines if they want to think that way.!
