It is also a matter of being realistic as well. Again, how
many blind people are going to walk into a given Apple Store anywhere
in the world? Also, does anyone know exactly how stores operate
when it comes to training staff? I believe Richie works for one, but
is there some centralized training or is it strictly a local store's
obligation to keep their staff informed. Lastly, as AC indicated, a
lot of the general sales jobs are part time college kids making
minimum wage or close to it. To simply say, every store should have
staff people who can use VoiceOver is just something I don't think is
doable.

Hi. With all due respect, I don't think making demands of people
is the way forward. Cooperation is the key, not demanding. Yes,
it would be nice if people had more of an idea. But we need to
remember that we are in a very small minority and it's down to us
really to educate, not demonstrate. Forgive me if I've
missunderstood your meaning. But it sounds to me as though you're
saying that people should be forced to do this, that and the other.

Hello people, Ed Lopez back here again. I think that one or two
salesmen in the apple store should be required to learn Voiceover.
This way, some one in the store would be educated on how to deal
with us blind. By the way, I was able to get my money back from
toast 8.0. I told them that they have lost a customer, and that
until their program is accessable with Voiceover, I was not going
to come back. Their interface leaves something to be desired, and
they need to fix it.
