how to move content on to device in itunes?

has anyone figured this out?

I try to right click and chose move to play list, but the device play  
list doesn't show up as an option. does anyone know how to do this? I  
got a creative  muvo v100 1gb mp3 player and it seems to show up tin  
the list of devices in the sources list . my wife successfully  
dragged a song to it and put it on there but how do i do thiswith vo?
