Actually, Window-Eyes has decent, but not fantastic, support for Drag
and Drop. It's better than the limited support Jaws has, anyway.

it boggles my mind but the only screen reader I know of supporting
drag and drop was the outspoken for mac even as far back as 1.7.5
up to 9.0.
but i haven't seen no other screen reader support it.
