Speaking of the iPhone...

I understand that the iPhones will begin shipping June 29.  
Unfortunately, we in Alaska and Hawaii, will have to wait a while, 
until AT&T, Apple, and vendors from both states iron out their 
negotiations with the FCC, as well as the SEC (Securities and Exchange 
Commission) before we get them.  Unfortunately our Alaska Mac Store 
will not be selling them, so far as I know, unless changes come down 
the pipe.  AT&T Alas-Com is still waiting for officials from the parent 
company, to work with uplinking with various satellites around the 
country.  So y'all will have to let me know, or at least, give me an 
objective overview of the iPhone, and whether or not it would be a good 
investment for blind Alaskans, if AT&T Alas-Com even gets them here.  
I'm looking forward to reading the overviews.  Richie Gardenhire,
