You know generally I'd just agree with this comment, figured it was said, and not add to the thread. However, this also is a real concern to me as well. Those who have signed on to test Leopard has agreed to comply with Apple's NDA. This is a legally binding agreement and in and of itself should be enough. I understand the interest and enthusiasm in what Apple is planning and going to release, but obtaining beta software illegally or discussing it does a disservice to the general community and Apple. Furthermore, this behavior could very well make it difficult for Apple to consider asking for participation in future beta projects. It also very well could send the wrong message to those who may be considering a switch to the Mac as they may be waiting for Leopard to see what improvements, enhancements, etc. may be in the next version before purchasing a Mac. You start commenting on what may or may not be there servces no one in the end. It would be considerably better to simply wait and see what comes of it. Finally, beta testers who violate the NDA only prove to others they aren't very trust worthy. So, please consider that allowing things to run their course does more in the end than discussing what may or may not be in the next release. Of course a wish list of features being discussed is fine, it might be beneficial as if not most beta testers may very well here as well as possibly a rep from Apple who just might read of a great idea that could find itself in Leopard or some version of the Mac os.
