Here are the instructions for accessing the hidden link with Macintosh
VoiceOver.
Go to the book you wish to open. Remember that only public domain
books have this feature.
Bring up the item chooser, VO keys-I the first item on the item menu
will be called "link" select it.
Interact with the the item VO keys Shift-down arrow
Click the return key.
The accessible page will load.
To get to the start of the text on this page do the following:
Bring up the item chooser, VO keys-U type "next" without the quotes
and choose the item "Next Page"
navigate with the VO keys right arrow past image "Page chrome image"
the next VO keys right arrow will be the start of that pages text.
Here is a simple suggestion I have made to Google. Place an image at
the start of each pages text that indicate the start of the text so
that one could jump right to that point. Without all this navigating.
