Hey y'all,

OK, so. Soon, I believe a new Macbook will be entering my life. Looks
like best bang for buck is the $1295 version (Core
duo/2.16/120GB/1GB), so that's where I'm likely going. Unless, of
course, someone has a compelling reason for something else. 

So. First, if you haven't gone to look at the accessibility stuff for
Leopard, do. Looks like Voiceover's getting some screen reader-like
features that people have been wanting and will be useful; including
read all (yay! A self-voicing terminal!) 

So my real question is--

When should I purchase? Now before you say "Yesterday", let me qualify
it. Anyone have any idea when I can purchase and get a cheap(er)
upgrade to Leopard? I really want to have this thing by the end of
September--sooner is better--but I also don't want to spend another
$129 if I don't have to (or whatever the retail will be). 

Oh yes. Definitely going Fusion, too.
