Hey y'all, OK, so. Soon, I believe a new Macbook will be entering my life. Looks like best bang for buck is the $1295 version (Core duo/2.16/120GB/1GB), so that's where I'm likely going. Unless, of course, someone has a compelling reason for something else.
So. First, if you haven't gone to look at the accessibility stuff for Leopard, do. Looks like Voiceover's getting some screen reader-like features that people have been wanting and will be useful; including read all (yay! A self-voicing terminal!) So my real question is-- When should I purchase? Now before you say "Yesterday", let me qualify it. Anyone have any idea when I can purchase and get a cheap(er) upgrade to Leopard? I really want to have this thing by the end of September--sooner is better--but I also don't want to spend another $129 if I don't have to (or whatever the retail will be). Oh yes. Definitely going Fusion, too. Thanks, -- Buddy Brannan, KB5ELV - Erie, PA Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or phone 888-75-BUDDY I'm giving you a free mall.
