1. Is there an accessible bittorrent client for the Mac?
Yes, it is called transmition. Do a search for it as I haven't used
it myself.
2. Is there an insert key on the Mac book keyboard or a command that
can be preformed to do the same thing? The reason I ask this is
because I'm planning on installing windows on my Mac book so that I'm
always compatible with everyone else at school.
Windows will work fine on the mac if you either use an external
keyboard or use the laptop layouts on your screenreaders.
3. How accessible is the current version of boot camp? Can windows be
installed with out sighted assistance with boot camp?
I personally never use bootcamp. I tend to use a package called
fusion by a company named VMWare. Fusion, at present, is the most
accessible route to windows you will ever need. It is fully compliant
with VoiceOver and it even includes an easy install so that you can
install windows by simply supplying a product key.
4. Do all of the screen readers work with windows when windows is
installed on a Mac?
It seems that JAWS has serious problems if running it via a virtual
machine emulation system like Fusion, but if it is Bootcamp your
wanting to use, you should be perfectly fine. Window-eyes dowsn't
seem to have any of these problems, one suspects its related to how
JFW interfaces with the graphics card.
Hope this is of help.
