But then the same issue exists with JFW and Window Eyes, it requires  
developers to recognize the  accessibility portion of their programs.  
So without set files and scripts, you'd find using JFW and We a very  
different experience. Voice Over does not need this.

I don't think anyone is assuming that you don't know technology, but  
as members of this list have tried to explain, VO is very different  
from WE and JFW.
