Yep I use Max as well but I've also used Itunes, Itunes is something
standard with a Mac, that's why I suggested it.

The CD ripping package I use all the time is something called Max. Do
a google for it. It is a really nice app. As to audio players, you
will be fine with Itunes. If you do get a mac you can use the remote
controll to access Itunes so your laughing. I don't use the Itunes
library because, well, I just can't be bothered - I open the files
from the finder into it and delete them from the music playlist when
finnished.

Subject: CD ripping software
Hey guys,
OK, I need a good CD ripping program, that can rip tracks off CD,
and change
them to mp3s.
I've been using windows and jaws for years, and have been using audio
grabber. It's a really nice utility that works super.
Also, looking for a nice simple player that will let me play audio
files,
something perhaps as easy as winamp?
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jed
