setting the time zone

Hi. This I matt Campbell again. Well I finally got my mac book and I'm
am loving it. I seem to only have one problem. How the heck do you set
the time zone? I can see a thing that says click your part of the
world but when I ctrl option space it says dimmed. Much help would be
greatly appriciated.Thanks
