VO-F8 to open the VO utility. Navigate to the Voices tab and select
it with VO-Space. Navigate through the window with VO-Arrows.
You'll find rows for each voice, or more likely just the default
voice as the others will be hidden. You can choose which voice,
which pitch, which rate, etc, to set for each voice type.
