Ok, here's my 2 cents worth for what its worth.
Firstly, I really don't know why screen savers are such an issue here
as most of us cannot see them in any case, the best screen saver in
existence is that which turns the monitor off.
Now screen burning? Well yes, its been talked about but yet (to my
knowledge and according to all the technical articles I've read), no
one has ever managed to burn an image into a screen by leaving it
displayed so that puts that myth to rest. So if you want a good
Screen saver, just set your display to go to sleep after 1 minute or
so, saves your memory, saves processing power etc.
