right clicking and context menus

Hi all.  I've been reading part of the thread on vo clicking options.   
I think there is a bit of confusion.  To my knowledge control option  
shift space does not equal a right click.  Control option shift m  
equals a right click and brings up the context menu.  Mainly I use  
control option shift space to click a button or to simulate a regular  
mouse click not a right click.
