I use my Dock to keep my most used programs. I have about four in there.
To access the Dock:
1. VO keys D
2. You can then use the left and right arrow keys to move across the
Dock.
3. You can press enter on any of the applications there to start them
or to re-open them if they are already open.
4. If you press the up arrow, you'll be given a menu with various
options, which are self explanatory.
