Back - Command-[
Forward - Command-]
Home - Command-shfit-h
Some general guidelines on finding keyboard shortcuts:
1. check the menu options for your application
    VO-keys+m to go to menubar
right-arrow to relevant menu (in this case, history)
    down arrow into menu
The first entries you'll hear are the commands for back, forward, and home
Commonly used commands have shortcuts beside them and VoiceOver
will tell you about them.
So, anything you think you will do freqeuntly, check the menu options
for shortcuts.
2. You can also find out shortcuts for your apps by going to the help menu
(right arrow to help on the menu bar) and typing "shortcuts". In some cases,
as with iTunes, you'll find an entry "Keyboard Shortcuts" under the Help
menu.
3. Google for the information. Option-command-f brings up "Google Search
text field" on Safari even if you have hidden your Address bar
4. For more extensive information, here's the URL for Apple's Document
Safari: Browser Window and Menu Shortcuts

Sorry for expanding on the 3-line answer, but these general methods
will help you find the answer yourself.

Cheers,
Esther
