Sorry, I'll repeat Back is command-left bracket
and Forward is command-right bracket
Left bracket is the key to the right of "p" and
right bracket is the next key to the right on my
(US English) keyboard.  Check with VO-keys+k
under keyboard practice.
I usually type out the character names, but I had used cut
and paste in the original post
