Mike, There is no "forms" mode with Tiger and VoiceOver.  VoiceOver 
scrolls the screen quite differently from Windows screenreaders, in the 
sense that it scrolls it the way a sighted person would scan the screen 
with their eyes.  Your left and right arrow keys, along with Control 
and Option keys will get you around the screen so that you can fill out 
forms easily.  You can also use your up and down arrow keys, too, but 
as you become more familiar with VoiceOver, this will become evident to 
you.  Congratulations on getting a Mac, and welcome to our ever growing
