Works with PDA's. I haven't tested iSync for VO, But one could start
by launching iSync with the PDA Connected to the computer. There is
also the Mark Space "Missing Sync" software, there too I am unsure of
VO usefulness.

If your device is compatible and it is bluetooth enabled you will be
able to send contacts directly from AddressBook.
