A Directory for Blind Mac Users

Has there been any discussions about the possibility of putting  
together a directory of Mac users throughout the country for blind  
people to refer to, from each state?  For example, if a potential  
blind/visually-impaired, new Mac user wants to talk with a user from  
his/her prrticular state or city, perhaps Macvisionaries or even some  
other site could publish this directory for use by new users.  Should  
such a directory be published, I , for one, will give permission to  
use my name and e-mail address toward this end.  This directory could  
serve as a referal list of blind Mac users throughout the country,  
where people can go in their state or city to get help where needed.
