Good I'm always concerned because of my software which permits people to make their own DAISY books that's all.

So you can burn anything for personal use just don't distribute it? Do I have that right?

Absolutely!

Whether you listen to the material on your computer in real time or create an audio file and then listen to it on your iPod or burn a CD and then listen to it in your stereo does not matter. It is all fine; you have the right to use audio files created with the voices for personal use. And if the content you convert consist of personal material you may even distribute it. Say that you write an introduction to the VO version of Leopard and put an audio version created with the Infovox iVox voices on your web site this is fine as long this is a part of a personal hobby activity and not because your boss pays you to create such material or because it is part of your professional responsibilities. It is only when it is part of a commercial or professional activity that you need to contact Acapela Group and get an appropriate license.
