Just as additional voices can be gotten to allow VoiceOver to speak various languages, I'm sure that it will probably be quite possible to install additional Braille support for other languages. Braille conversion tables are available for free online for virtually any language you can imagine in a variety of formats. Look at Louis. I suspect that, even if not built-in, which it may be who knows, additional braille languages will probably be easy to add.

The point is...we shouldn't assume anything until we know all the details. Jumping to conclusions gets no one anywhere.
