I've been a bit out of the Humanware loop for a while, but aren't Braille Notes becoming rather old and obsolete? At the very least, I think the technology in them is still a bit behind the times. It makes more sense for Apple to look forward and support those displays which are likely to be used for a long time to come.

If Braille Notes have had a major overhaul in recent years, feel free to correct me. I don't recall ever seeing anything like that. I think that the list of Braille displays supported is pretty impressive.
