Jeff, you don't need a disk defragmenter. Forget everything you've ever learned about defragmenting a drive etc. under Windows. The file systtem used on the Mac is completely different and you do not need to perform any maitanance on it. I've certainly abused my file system and have had no problems. Sometimes you just need to run repair permissions, but this is a hardy file system that needs little care and feeding.
