Hi Jeffrey; Okay, go into system prefs,and into date & time. Click the time zone tab and then use VO space to click the combo box for the closest city. You'll be placed in a table in which you can use your VO arrows to navigate so you can locate your closest city. When you land on it, press your return key, and then stop interacting with the table...

this to me is sort of convoluted, but it seems to be the way I need to do it to have it work properly...
