I'm currently using TextMate for web development work. Unfortunately,
TextMate doesn't yet support VoiceOver:

But before that I was using Smultron, which is a powerful little editor
that works very well with VoiceOver, so I'd definitely check that out:

Does anyone know how well Apple's own XCode IDE works with VoiceOver in
the new Leopard release?
