I'm in the middle of experimenting with Leopard myself, and so I'm not
much better off than anyone else, but I do have a thought on the
shirlock thing.
I wonder if you couldn't just copy the app from somewhere? I mean, it
might just be an application and copying it back onto your leopard
machine might get it back for you.
I have no idea if this would work, but it might be worth a try.
