How about the Item Chooser (VoKeys+i). If you bring this up and start
typing, it should narrow down the list. It looks through all text items, so
I think it may be similar in function to the Jaws virtual buffer search.
Press enter when you find what you want and it'll take you to that text.
I've not tried this much, especially on the web, and I do not have Lepoard,
so your millage may vary.

This behavior is intermittent and the function also seems to miss
