What have you changed in safari since refreshing the prefs?

Hi folks,
I don't know if this has already been addressed, but I sent a bug
report to Apple, regarding my experiences with reloading/refreshing
pages in Safari. I have since found a work around for this, so I
thought I' share it with you all.
If you go to the location/address bar and then press Command R, Safari
does not seem to go back to the previous page.
I apologize if this has already ben discussed.
