Sometimes, control-vo-m doesn't work, so you have to perform the mouse 
equivelent which is controll click.

When on the link, press Control-Option-Shift-m to bring up a
contextual menu. Use VO-keys-Down arrow to read the options. Press
Return to select the one you want.
