Networking Windows

Listers my Mac can see my Windows machine on the network, but my  
Windows machine can't see the Mac and also only one folder which is  
the shared Documents folder is visible on the Mac as well.  I want to  
see my whole Windows machine on my Mac and vice versa. Does anyone  
have any suggestions?
