At least, this is what I had to do to get my Windows box to see my Mac. Similarly, you have to make sure any of the volumes you want seen by the Mac are made to be shared on the Windows end. It took a little fiddling, but I got everything seeing one another with the exception of my NAS drive, which is still a mystery to me. It could be seen by my Mac in Tiger, but not Leopard.
