Hey All, wow, just had a huge Safari scare! eek!...
I was on a site called Model Mayhem, which is a model /
photographer networking site which I belong to. I was trying to send
a photog I'd worked with, a msg, and Safari just did the freakiest -
behavior that I've seen so far. It scared the hell out of me.
I was on the message page, and it only showed me three edit fields,
with no labels or buttons for the message window. So, I thought it
just wouldn't read the page. So I then proceeded to go back to my own
portfolio where the photog had sent me a previous note, so I could
locate his email addie and send him directly.
When I did this, then that page also wouldn't read, and just gave
me a single edit field aside from the usual navigation links and
such. This scared me because the page had just read absolutely fine
not two minutes before, and I'd tried this several times, including
shutting down and restarting VO and Safari to fix the prob. Nothing
worked and I tried the only thing left that I could think of, which
was to simply reload the page.

I was / am, relieved beyond words!!! woohoo!!!... :)
The reason I post this, is partially as a question and partially as a
tip...
For me, reloading the page just isn't something I tend to think about,
and this was a really scarey incidient for me, as this involves work.
what might make VO totally miss 90 percent of a page, but still show
just a little bit, accuratelY?...
Why would reloading the same page make any diff?...
Anyway, if anyone has any insights, I'd love to hear them, and for
those who might get a page that won't seem to play well; you might
consider trying this... -It worked wonders for me.... :)
