Hello!There has been much discussion here about the lack of hierarchical menus in the Leopard dock.
I found an article (posted December 5, 2007) on "The Unofficial Apple Weblog" that speaks of 3 free solutions to this matter... Since I do not have Leopard, I cannot tell you how accessible any of these solutions are with VO.
