Hi Simon. If you go in to mail preferences with command comma, interact with the toolbar, and press the rules button. When that screen comes up, you'll see a table of existing rules. I think there's a sample rule in there for you to look at. Also, you'll find an add button where you can create new rules. I think if you add a rule, and just kind of play around a bit with it, you'll see how it's done.

Yes and much more. Works well but you'll have to play around and configure it just right. What I am noticing is that you can actually make this thing do exactly what you need it to do once you understand what is needed and why.
