Hi there Simon,
I use the rules all of the time. I direct all of the messages from this
list serve into a folder called "Mac Visionary" and then set the rule so
when anything comes in it automatically gets directed to the folder. I
then set the folder to collapse all threads. When I scroll down in the
message list VO will tell me that the thread is collapsed. I right arrow
to open the thread and VO jumps down to the last message in the thread. I
arrow up until i hear, "Ten messages selected" or whatever number of
messages are in the thread. I down arrow to the first message tab to the
message content and read it. If I'm not interested in the thread, I shift
tab back to the message list, up arrow one item to VO saying, "
Ten messages selected," and delete the entire thread. If someone else has
a better way of managing the hundreds of messages on this list, please
let me know.

Hi All,
Has Mail in Mac Leopard got anything similar to message rules under
Outlook Express in Windows which would allow one to direct messages from
a given address to a specified folder?
