Its a .UPG file. The instructions simply say to download the zip file
which is in a UPG file and then to copy those files to the root of the
card. I'm at a loss here as I can't figure out how to proceed here.

Hello:
I am wondering how folks managed to unzip the file that is downloaded
to update the Stream to version 1.1.5. I downloaded the file and, the
instructions say to unzip the file and then to put them in the root of
the flash card that then is inserted to the player. Problem is that
when I try to open the downloaded firmware file so I can then copy
them to the root of the card, I get an error that there is no default
application that can open the file. How do I proceed here?
