The nice thing about the mac is that we can do all we can with the windows os and more. Tto answer your question this way, builtinto the Mac even without vo there are keys to do things. for instance, control-f2 brings you to the menu bar. Control-f8 takes you to that part of the menu bar that is not available through control-f2. Tjhat part of the menubar contains among other things, your bluetooth status menu, batery, date and time and network.
