Re: date/time and battery status.

In the Preference Menu, I have my clock to announce the time on the  
quarter hour.  And since I don't have a Mac Book, I don't have to  
worry about battery status, but it's good to know these things when  
the time comes where I can use one.  Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage,
