I am at the point where I am trying to personalize contacts--assign
different voices and all that.
It's not working. Part of the problem is that I can't tell what event
I am modifying--there are several I guess wher eyou can tell it
tospeak text, and it's hard to know which one to set

Well anyhow, I tried setting it to work with Alex, and it seemed to
work, but Alex is the or was the system voice. So I switched the
system voice to Victoria, and made sure it was set to Alex under
voices. I set the pitch to a nice calm one, too, but poor Alex sounds
like a bad falsetto.
Now, I did a restart, thinking that would fix the problem. First, my
contact sounded like Victoria, and now he's switched over to popor
Alex with the wrong pitch, and I am not sure *why*. Any thoughts
about how to resolve this? I want to get to where I cna assign voices
to different contacts, but I want to get it right with this one first ..
