Just be careful if you get a separate numpad and are using Windows on the
same machine. The Windows screnreaders apparently have trouble capturing the
keystrokes of some numeric keypads. I had one that was wireless with a
transmitter that plugged into a usb port--this was on my windows pc. The
keypad worked fine until I started windoweyes or jaws or system access and
then wouldn't work.
