I also want to be able to train people using the desktop and laptop
way, so this is one other reason for the number pad along with the
ability to program your VO commands. My only gripe is that you can't
get a full size board without going with the older model.

things easier if you have it. If the main reason for the numpad is
voiceover, I frankly would rather have the smaller lighter keyboard
and do vo either the old way or with the fn key but that's
definitely a matter of personal choice.
