Dear Justin,
I've just tried the command VO+j, but it doesn't seem to work in Mail for
me. I run Leopard on my Macbook. Somebody on the list also suggested that
VO+j will jump to a checkbox or button on a webpage. This doesn't seem to
work for me either. Am I getting mixed up about the use, or is it my
particular setup?

Hello
In mail, you can press vo j in the message view to jump to the message
itself assuming you haven't closed that up. I have, and I would have
thought there were no other uses for that command until i started
reading about it in the vo manual. Since I have not read anything about
it here yet, I thought I would note that the command vo j has other
functions too.
In ichat you can jump between message type field and message viewer
in mail, well you know about that already
in itunes, jump from sources to songs and back
If there is anything else, I can't remember it. That is what I hahve
used it for though. Something curious I wonder about, is if there is a
way for a developer to link items in an app together as such that a
blind person could use this command. Perhaps if it were applied to
other IM clients like adium?
